As we set the final die's size, through the PLC the dies will fully antomatic showed on the monitor. the driving motors of drawing & final capstan will synchronously controlled to gain a 2% less drawing slip ratio. 2. The rapid dies change system need not change all the dies in working but final one, that save a lot of time. 3.Transmission gears and bearings are enforced lubricant. 4.Ring type drawing capstans for convenient maintenance and replacement.
